To some, leadership sounds easy, light and fun, but in reality it's difficult, heavy and complicated. In today's episode of the Far More Podcast, Liz and Jason do a little Q & A on leadership.
Jason has been in a leadership role the majority of his career and has studied/researched what it means to lead well and has put in countless hours of work to become the best leader that he can be to his team. That doesn't mean that he hasn't failed, messed up, or made the wrong calls, but it means that he learns from those mistakes and missteps.
Jason believes that most people don't fully grasp what it truly means to be a leader and that there is a misconception on what it takes and how much of you is required to be a great leader.
Liz poses some really good questions, beginning with "Are leaders born or are they made?" Tune in to see how Jason answers this question as well as the other ones Liz throws at him.
